The son of a foreign diplomat was tonight charged with the knife murder of his father. Kitts Mbeboh, 60, cultural attache for Cameroon, was stabbed at his home in Greenford, west London, on Sunday 10th August 2008. Mr Mbeboh was taken by ambulance to hospital where he later died. A post-mortem examination found the cause of death was a single stab wound. Emergency services discovered the victim shortly after a member of the public dialled 999. His son Beza Mbeboh, 28, who was arrested at the scene and had just finished a degree in architecture, was charged today with murder and is due to appear in court on Wednesday. A Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed: "Beza Mbeboh, 28, was charged today with the murder of his father, Kitts Mbeboh, on Sunday August 10th at an address in Middleton Avenue, Greenford. "He is due to appear in custody on Wednesday at Ealing Magistrates Court." Mr Mbeboh, 60, was a counsellor for cultural affairs at the Cameroon High Commission in Holland Park, west London. He and his four sons, all in their 20s, had lived in Greenford for more than six years
