The painful nature of the death of Prof. Kitts Mbeboh remains a mystery to me and to others who knew him and his family. May his soul rest in peace and may his family find comfort in the knowledge that God’s ways are mysterious and beyond mortal comprehension. I hope the family will not ignore any traditional cleansing rites that are usually in place following a tragic event of this nature. We will always remember Kitts as one of the many gifted intellectuals from Lebialem. He was humble, kind, loving, and forgiving. His life was one of great achievements until family problems set in. One could not guess that his life would end so abruptly following his mission to the UK diplomatic corps as counsellor for cultural affairs at the Cameroon High Commission. Rest in peace, brother. Your kindness and humility will always be remembered. John
